What are credits?
Credits are ImagineArt currency. Each image, video, edit, and audio generation costs a set number of credits depending on the model, resolution, and duration you choose. Your plan page shows the credit allowance before every checkout.
Can I use ImagineArt for free?
Yes. New accounts start with free credits so you can test images, videos, and studios before you commit. Once they run out, top up with a credit pack or move to a subscription.
What is the difference between credits and subscriptions?
Credit packs are one-time and never expire. Subscriptions refill your balance every month and usually include better per-credit rates, faster queues, and studio features.
How are credits rolled over?
Rollover depends on your current plan. Subscriptions include monthly rollover limits that are shown on the pricing page before checkout.
Do I have to buy a plan to unlock video generation?
No. Video generation is available with credits on every plan. Higher tiers simply give you a better per-credit cost, faster processing, and access to advanced studios.
What if my generations fail?
Failed generations return the credits to your account automatically. If a model is temporarily unavailable, your balance is never charged for the attempt.
What is your refund policy?
Unused subscription credits can be refunded by contacting support within the first 14 days of a purchase. One-time credit packs are non-refundable once used.
What about commercial use?
Content created on ImagineArt can be used commercially under the license included with your plan. Check the commercial use policy on the pricing page for details.
